Messrs. Stargate International, their associated companies and agents, and all persons, parties or organizations acting
on their behalf or in collaboration with them, as their agent, and all group leaders (hereinafter referred to as “the organizing
agents”) give notice that:
- (a) IN issuing or obtaining the issue of any ticket or coupon, on making any arrangement for transport or conveyance
or for accommodation, the Organizing Agents act as agents only and shall not be liable as principals
(b) THE Organizing Agents shall be entitled to make any arrangement for the issue of any ticket or coupon or for the
transport or the conveyance or for accommodation as they in their entire discretion may deem advisable
(c) THE Organizing Agents shall not be liable in any circumstance whatsoever and whether in contract or deficit for
any damage, injury (including death), loss, delay or inconvenience of any sort whatsoever which shall be caused to
any passenger, whilst on tour or journey or whilst a temporary resident in any foreign country as a result of any
arrangement made by the Organizing Agents or for any alleged failure by the Organizing Agents to make satisfactory
or any arrangements and whether caused through the act or default of any of the servants, agents or sub-contractors
of the Organizing Agents - EACH passenger agrees that he, his/hers executors, administrators and/or assigns shall indemnify the Organizing
Agents, its servants and agents from and against claims for damage from any cause whatsoever to any person who
may make a claim against the Organizing Agents or any of them, whether for loss or damage to property in the custody
of a passenger, whether or not such a claim is based on the negligence of the Organizing Agents, its servants or any
sub-contractors of the Organizing Agents - ALL arrangements are subject to the law of the country where the conveyance or hotel or other service is provided
- ALL prices are ex- departure point indicated in the tour program and based on prices and rates of exchange ruling at
the time of preparation of the document in which the quotation is made and are subject to increase without notice. All
prices quoted are per person sharing - COURIERS or representatives have no authority or permission to refund any moneys paid or give any right to claim a
refund from the Organizing Agents - THE Organizing Agents cannot hold themselves responsible for the obtaining of refunds on lost or unused tickets,
coupons or vouchers, although every effort will be made to claim settlement on behalf of the passengers - CANCELLATION Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a reservation being cancelled. With cancellation the
Organizing Agents also reserves the right to retain (or invoice the passenger if tour price payment has not yet been
received) the whole or part of the tour price if any costs were incurred for or on behalf of the passenger as well as
legal costs should it be necessary to take legal action to recover these costs incurred. Written notice must be given.
Domicile address: Stargate Intl. Unit 19 Oaklane Office Park, Grippen Rd, Bartlett, Boksburg 1459 - TRAVEL INSURANCE is strongly recommended, covering against unforeseen incidents and can be purchased when
reserving your space on tour. Travel insurance must be paid together with your first deposit for reservation in order to
ensure the validity of the maximum benefit the policy offers. It is the responsibility of the passenger to familiarize
oneself with the policy wording and exclusions. The Organizing Agents will not be held responsible for any claims
rejected by the insurance company - ATTENTION is drawn to the frequency of changes of official timetables and passengers are urged themselves to verify
any times of departure shown in any program or itinerary - THE airline concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not
on their aircraft. The passenger tickets in use by the airline, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between
the airline and the purchase of these tickets and/or passenger - PASSENGERS are reminded that luggage or personal property taken on tour is at owner’s risk and passengers
themselves are advised to insure it. Deposit and cancellation insurance, personal accident and sickness insurance
are NOT included. Cancellation, curtailment and default insurance is strongly recommended - THE Organizing Agents reserve the right to cancel or abandon the tour. In such event, any moneys paid will be
refunded less any expenses, disbursements or other commitments incurred on behalf of the passengers, and in such
event, no further liabilities whatsoever will be accepted by the organizing agents. The right is further reserved to
modify the tour in any way they deem advisable. In this event, the projected tour will not be proceeded with unless a
minimum number of passengers (at the discretion of the Organizing Agents) participate - TOURS planned on the basis of twin bedded rooms and where reasons beyond their control, the Organizing Agents
cannot accommodate any participant on this basis, the passenger will be obliged to pay the supplement for a single
room unless he/she can arrange with two other passengers to share with them a three-bedded room. In the event of
a three bedded room being used, the tariff for a twin bedded room will apply - THE Organizing Agents reserve the right to change the sequence of sightseeing events
- PARTICIPATION shall confirm that the participant has read and accepted the “Notice to all Participants” and confirms
that his/hers participation shall be subject to all such terms and conditions - ALL deposits and tour moneys are payable to STARGATE INTERNATIONAL, and NO responsibility whatsoever will
be taken for payments made to a third party. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation in order
to secure reservations - VISAS can be obtained via our office. It however is the responsibility of he passenger to ensure that the applicable
visas are being applied for well in advance, and that the visas obtained have been issued correctly. The organizing
agents do not accept responsibility for visas issued incorrectly by the embassies. - ON all tours and packages the right is reserved to substitute hotels listed with others of a similar category or a higher
category at no additional cost to the passenger - THE Organizing agents will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced documents by couriers or via post
- THE Organizing agents will not be held liable for any losses resulting from cancellation, delays, extended stays,
changes to travel arrangements, hospitalization or death due to Covid 19/Corona virus / SARS-CoV-2 or any other
variant of mutation thereof, nor any losses due to the declaration of a pandemic nor emergency or health regulations
imposed by any International or local authorities, nor force-majeure related circumstances arising preventing or
affecting the Organizing Agents’ ability to perform. No responsibility will be taken by the Organizing agents in case of
the unsuccessful acquisition of travel certificates or vaccination required to travel. - POPI ACT: Protection of Personal Information Act. By completing this form, you consent to your information being
